At Laser Traditions Engraving & Gift, we take pride in creating high-quality custom and personalized products. Because most of our items are made to order, our return policy is outlined below.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible non-custom items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because our products are made specifically for each customer, custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The item is incorrect due to our error

We do not accept returns for customer-provided errors, including:

  • Spelling mistakes
  • Incorrect information submitted
  • Design approvals

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible

We may request photos of the issue to process your claim.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping costs
  • If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different item, you must:

  1. Request and complete a return (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at sales@lasertraditions.com.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return eligible items within 14 days, in accordance with EU regulations.

Custom and personalized items are still exempt unless defective or incorrect.
