Can I use my own logo or artwork? Yes! We accept most forms of artwork but prefer vector or SVG files.

🛒 Ordering Process

How do I place a custom order? For custom orders, contact us here.

Can I order the same item in bulk with different names? For each new name, simply customize your item and add-to-cart.

Do you offer team or corporate orders? Yes! If you are looking for promotional items, visit our site. We offer quantity discounts for bulk orders as well.

Is there a minimum or maximum quantity I can order? No minimum quantity required!

Can I make changes to my order after placing it? We can accommodate changes made to an order up to 1 hour after it is placed.
⏱ Turnaround Time & Shipping

How long does it take to make and ship my order? Our turnaround time is 1-2 weeks + shipping.

Do you offer rush processing? Yes! We do offer rush shipping with an additional fee, contact us for details here.

When will I know my order is ready for pickup? You will receive an email once your order is fulfilled letting you know your order is completed.

Can I track my shipment? Yes! With every order, a tracking number will be supplied.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses? Yes!

Do you offer local delivery or just pickup? At this time, we only offer in store pickup.
💬 Returns, Mistakes & Replacements

Can I return or exchange my item if I change my mind? Since every item is customized, we do not offer returns or exchanges for such items.

What happens if I receive the wrong item or there’s a mistake? Because all of our items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products due to incorrect ordering. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an error in personalization due to our mistake, we’ll make it right. We will either replace the item or refund your original purchase price.

What if my order is damaged during shipping? All packages shipped from Laser Traditions come with insurance. If the item is damaged, first file a claim with the shipping company.
💲 Pricing & Payment

How much does engraving cost? Each engraving cost is different and the price is reflected in the product cost.

Are there setup fees for custom artwork or logos? If buying in bulk and all the artwork is the same, no setup fees are necessary. If you are buying in bulk and the artwork and/or name is different, a $3.00 additional charge will be added per item.

Do you offer price breaks for bulk orders? Yes! Please see each individual item for the correct price break.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards.

Do you charge sales tax? Yes.

Do you offer gift certificates or discounts? Gift certificates are available for purchase in store at 100 S. Main St. Cedar Grove, WI.

Can you engrave firearms or parts? We offer both NFA engraving as well as decorative firearm engraving.

Are your tumblers or drinkware dishwasher safe? Polar Camel drinkware is hand wash only. Glassware is dishwasher safe.
